How to set up notifications for employees / workers / users / inductees / trainees

You can receive email and/or SMS notifications advising when you have assigned audits, tasks and actions to complete.

To set up or edit your worker notifications, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Setting up notifications for a worker

  1. When logged into Auditor, select “Settings” > “General Info” to show “My Details”.

  2. Under the “Preferences” section amend the following “On / Off” settings:

    • SMS Notification (Note: a mobile number is required).

    • Email Notification

    • Do Not Disturb (Note: also select “from and to” times).

  3. Click “Save Changes”.
