How to Complete an Audit in the Induct App

Workers / trainees/ employees / users / inductees can complete “Audits” using the “Induct App”.

Note: To enable workers to access audit forms via the app, forms should be set to “Worker” type forms and the “Quick Audit setting should be “On“.

To complete an audit using the Induct App, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Complete an Audit in the Induct App

  1. Log into the yellow “Induct App” using your “MyRapid” login details.

  2. On the menu page, scroll down to "Checklists & Audits".

  3. Select a “Scheduled Audit” from the list. Tip: expand the search filter “timeframe” if required.

  4. Alternatively, select a “Favourite” or select “Start New Audit”.

  5. When starting a new audit, search for the “Audit Form” based on the relevant location, and select the form.

  6. Amend or enter the “Audit Name” and “Description” and hit the “Save” icon at the top right.

  7. Confirm “OK” to launch the audit form.

  8. Enter the details to complete the audit form and click “Submit”.

  9. Select the “Clock” icon at the top right to view the completed audit.
