When an action is assigned to you for completion it will be in either “Scheduled”, “Overdue” or “Rejected” status. The action will display a “Due Date” and you as the “Responsible Person”.
Note: The “checklist icon” in the first column is a link to the audit which the action relates to.
How to complete an action
Select the “Actions” tab to navigate to the Actions dashboard.
Via the filter options, search for the action.
To open the action, select the “Action Number” in blue, or the "View/Edit" button.
Refer to any “Attached Files” or “Comments”, if applicable.
Progress notes and attachments can be added via “Create New Comment” button.
To complete the action, click the “Complete” button, enter final comments in the “Confirm Completion“ window and hit “Confirm” to save.
