Actions in the green “Completed” status should be reviewed by the responsible admin and can be closed manually. Once reviewed, actions can be “Closed”.
Note: If “Actions Auto-Close” has been set up in the “master audit or task”, actions will close automatically.
To close an action, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Select the “Actions” tab to navigate to the Actions dashboard.
Via the filter options, search for the action, or click on the “Completed” status circle.
To open the action, select the “Action Number” in blue, or the "View/Edit" button.
Refer to any “Attached Files” or “Comments”, if applicable.
Comments and attachments can be added via “Create New Comment” button.
Click the “Close” button.
