How to search for an Action

Searching for an Action

  1. Click on the “Action” tab in the menu header:

  2. Use the filters on the left hand side. 
    Note: These filters are designed to narrow down your search criteria and find the information you need quickly.

  3. Action Title: Enter the Action Name, Reference Number or Asset/Item Number to search for an Action:

  4. Timeframe Filter: This will search for Actions that were/are due within the specified timeframe.

Your system will already have a default timeframe applied.

To search outside this range, click 'Select Dates' and specify the desired timeframe.

 

  1. Action Keyword: Enter the name or reference number of a Task or Audit to search for Actions associated to this

 

  1. Category Filter: Select a Category or individual Sub-Categories to search for Actions that have these categories specified.

This filter will also search for Actions which include any Assets/Items with the categories specified.

 

  1. Location Filter: Select a specific site from the drop-down list to search for Actions associated with that site.

 

  1. Company Filter: Narrow down Action by specific companies associated with them.


7. Responsible Admin Filter: Search for the responsible user assigned to an Action.

  1. Item Filter: Search for Actions which are linked to Assets/Items from the Auditor system

  2. Active Status Filter: Filter Actions based on their status. 
    Note: only active Actions will show by default.

  3. Once you've selected the desired filters, simply click the green search button to initiate the filtering process. The search results will be updated accordingly.
