How to add or reassign responsible person(s) for an action

You can change an action from one responsible person to another. This would apply whether they are an administrator, or a trainee / worker / user.

To reallocate or transfer an action from one responsible person to another, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Please note: You can have more than one responsible person for an action.

Adding or Reassigning a responsible person for an action

  1. Select the “Actions” tab to navigate to the Actions dashboard.

  2. Via the filter options, search for the action(s) using the person "Responsible" field.

  3. To add an additional responsible person to an action, select the "View/Edit" button.

    1. Next to the current responsible person in the “Responsible” field, “Type to search” and select the additional new person responsible.

    2. Click "Update" to save.

  4. To transfer an action to a different responsible person, select the "View/Edit" button.

    1. Select the “X icon” to delete the current name in the “Responsible” field.

    2. Type to search” and select the new person responsible.

    3. Click "Update" to save.
