You can change a task from one responsible person to another. This would apply whether they are an administrator, or a trainee / worker / user. You have the option to transfer either the master task or a specific sub-task. For tasks which occur repeatedly, completed tasks will continue to display the name of the previous responsible person, while any upcoming tasks will reflect the name of the new responsible individual.
To reallocate or transfer a task from one responsible person to another, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Reassigning a the responsible person for an task
Select the “Tasks” tab to navigate to the Tasks dashboard.
Via the filter options, search for the task(s) using the person "Responsible" field.
To transfer a master task, select the "View/Edit" button.
Select the “X icon” to delete the current name in the “Responsible” field.
“Type to search” and select the new person responsible.
Click "Update" to save.
To transfer a sub-task, expand the master task via the black "Arrow icon and select the "View/Edit" button for the relevant sub-task.
