How to complete a task

When an task is assigned to you for completion it will be in either “Scheduled”, “Overdue” or “Rejected” status. The task will have a “Due Date” and you as the “Responsible Person”.

To complete an task, please follow the instructions outlined below.

How to complete an task

  1. Select the “Tasks” tab to navigate to the tasks dashboard.

  2. The dashboard will display your tasks based on the default “Timeframe”.

  3. If necessary, search for the required task using the filter options.

  4. Once you have found the master task, expand sub-task section by clicking the black "Arrow icon" on the left.

  5. To start the task, click on the green “View/Edit” button of the sub-task you wish to complete.

  6. If there is an “audit form” attached, click the green “Audit” button. Complete the questions, and select “Submit”.

  7. If no “audit form” is attached, enter a comment and upload any files if required.

  8. In the sub-task window, click the “Complete” button, and add any closing comments.
