“Tasks” in the green “Completed” status should be reviewed by the responsible admin and can be closed manually. If “Automatic Close” has been set up in the “master task”, tasks will be closed automatically after the specified number of days. Once reviewed tasks can be “Closed” or “Rejected”.
To close a task, please follow the instructions outlined below.
How to close a task
From the “Tasks” dashboard, locate the completed task.
Click on the green “View/Edit” button of the sub- you wish to review and close.
To view the completed task form, click on “View/Export”.
Review any audit forms, actions, comments or attachments.
If rejecting the task, select the “Reject” button and add explanatory comments.
To close the task, select the “Close” button and add comments.
