How to reassign the responsible person in an audit

You can change an audit from one responsible person to another. This would apply whether they are an administrator, or a trainee / worker / user. You have the option to transfer either the master audit or a specific sub-audit. For audits that occur repeatedly, completed audits will continue to display the name of the previous responsible person, while any upcoming audits will reflect the name of the new responsible individual.

To reallocate or transfer an audit from one responsible person to another, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Reassigning a the responsible person for an audit

  1. Select the “Audits” tab to navigate to the Audits dashboard.

  2. Via the filter options, search for the audit(s) using the person "Responsible" field.

  3. To transfer a master audit, select the "View/Edit" button.

    1. Select the “X icon” to delete the current name in the “Responsible” field.

    2. Type to search” and select the new person responsible.

    3. Click "Update" to save.

  4. To transfer a sub-audit, expand the master audit via the black "Arrow icon and select the "View/Edit" button for the relevant sub-audit.

    1. Select the “X icon” to delete the current name in the “Responsible” field.

    2. Type to search” and select the new person responsible.

    3. Click "Save" to update.
