How to complete a quick audit

A “Quick Audit” is a streamlined way to set up and launch a new audit. It is useful if you want to quickly create and complete an audit in one step.

The “Quick Audit” button bypasses some of the steps of setting up a standard audit:

  • The Audit Library is auto launched

  • The Audit Form name is auto selected as the Audit Name

  • Once the quick audit is saved, the audit form is launched, ready to complete.

To set up and complete a quick audit, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Setting up and completing a quick audit

  1. Select the “Audits” tab to navigate to the Audits dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Quick Audit” button.

  3. In the "Quick Audit Attach Form" window, click the “Attach” button to select the particular Audit Form from the Audit Library.

  4. The “Audit Form name” is auto selected as the Audit Name and the description. Note: these fields can be overwritten.

  5. Specify the “Category” and "Location".

  6. The "Responsible" person will be auto populated as yourself. Note: this can be amended if required.

  7. The "Additional Information" section can be bypassed. However if some settings are required expand the section and enter more details.

  8. Click the “Add New” button to launch the audit form.

  9. Click the “Submit” button to complete the audit.
