When an audit is assigned to you for completion it will be in either “Scheduled”, “Overdue” or “Rejected” status. The audit will have a “Due Date” and you as the “Responsible Person”.
To complete an audit, please follow the instructions outlined below.
How to complete an audit
Select the “Audits” tab to navigate to the Audits dashboard.
The dashboard will display your audits based on the default “Timeframe”.
If necessary, search for the required audit using the filter options.
Once you have found the master audit, expand sub-audit section by clicking the black "Arrow icon" on the left.
To start the audit, click on the green “View/Edit” button of the sub-audit you wish to complete.
In the sub-audit window, click the green “Audit” button. This will open the “Audit Form”.
Enter the required information as per the audit form questions, and select “Submit” to complete the form, and click OK to confirm.
In the sub-audit window, the sub-audit will now show as “Completed” status.
To view the completed audit form, click on “View/Export” in the sub-audit window.
In the “View Completed Audit” window, you can also “Export to Excel” and view a “PDF version” of the audit report.
