How to add notes/ comments to an action

Instructions, progress notes or comments can be added to all actions.

Files are able to be uploaded in the Comments section.

To add notes or comments to an action, please follow the instructions outlined below.

How to add notes / comments to an action

  1. Select the “View/Edit” button to open the action.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the “Edit Action” window, to the “Comments” tab.

  3. Select the “Create New Comment” button.

  4. Enter the comment details, and click the green “Add Comment” button to save. Note: “Files” are able to be uploaded in the Comments section as well.
