How to add notes/ comments to an audit

Instructions, notes or comments can be added to all audits, including master audits, as well as to sub-audits in all statuses, such as:

  • Overdue

  • Rejected

  • Scheduled

  • Cancelled

  • Completed

  • Closed

To add notes or comments to an audit, please follow the instructions outlined below.

How to add notes / comments to an audit

  1. To add notes or comments to a sub-audit:

    1. Select the “View/Edit” button to open the sub-audit.

    2. In the “Edit Scheduled Audit” window, click the "Create New Comment" button.

    3. Enter the comment details, and click the green “Confirm” button to save.

  2. To add comments to a master audit:

    1. Select the “View/Edit” button to open the master audit.

    2. In the “Edit Audit” window " click the black "Arrow icon" in the grey "Additional Information” section to expand the window.

    3. Scroll to the bottom of the window to the “Comments” tab.

    4. Select the “Click to add new comment” field.

    5. Enter the comment details, and click the green “Add Comment” button to save.
