How to create an extra action for a completed audit
Sometimes an “Action” may need to be added to an “Audit” after it has been completed and reviewed. An extra “Action” can be raised within the sub-audit.
To create an extra action linked to the sub-audit, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Navigate to the “Audits” dashboard and locate the relevant sub-audit.
Select the “View/Edit” button to open the sub-audit.
In the “Edit Scheduled Audit” window, click the "Add New Action" button.
In the "Add New Action" window, enter the information into the various fields.
Attach files or photos if required.
Click “Add New” to save the action.
