If there are any issues or shortcomings identified when conducting an “audit”, an “action” can be raised. The “action” may be set as “mandatory” or “optional”. Note: If the action is set as mandatory, the audit form will not be able to be submitted until the action is raised.
"Actions" detail the issue and what needs to be done, by whom, and by when. Photos or other files can be attached to the action.
To create an action in an audit, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Create an action in an audit
Within the audit form, click on the “Action Icon” to the right of the audit question.
In the "Add New Action" window, some of the fields will be pre-filled. The “Title” and “Details” will show the audit question as a prompt. Overtype these to include details of the action.
Amend or enter the relevant information including files or photos, for the remaining fields.
Click “Add New” to save the action.
Complete and submit the audit.
The action can be viewed via the completed audit or from the Actions dashboard.
