How to create an audit form
Creating an audit form
- Click the "Settings" tab in the menu header:
- Click on 'Audit' in the sub menu > the Audit form dashboard will appear:
- Click on "Add New Form”:
- Select “New” for a new form:
- Select the "Form type":
- Enter the name or title of the form > a brief description of the form's purpose (this is optional):
- Select your Scoring settings:
