Audits are assigned to a “Responsible Person”. This would apply whether they are an administrator, a trainee / worker / user, or a contractor worker (if applicable).

You have the option to assign either the master audit, or a specific sub-audit.

To assign an audit to a trainee, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Assigning a trainee / worker as the responsible person for an audit

  1. In the master audit, click in the “Responsible” field.

    1. Type to search” and select the name of the person responsible. “Employee” or “Worker” (i.e. contractor worker) trainee type will appear next to their name.

    2. Click "Update" to save.

  2. To transfer a sub-audit, click in the “Responsible” field.

    1. Type to search” and select the name of the person responsible. “Employee” or “Worker” trainee type will appear next to their name.

    2. Click "Save" to update.
