Can I edit audits or tasks in the Planner?

The "Planner" dashboard is a schedule view of previous and upcoming audits and tasks.

Master audit or task” details can be viewed by clicking on the "Audit Number and Audit Name link" (shown as the blue listed items at the left). "Master audits or tasks" can only be edited from the main "Audits" or "Tasks" pages.

Individual "Sub-audit" details can be edited from the “Planner” page (as well as from the “Audits” page).

"Sub-task" details can only be edited from the "Tasks" page.

How to edit sub-audits in the Planner
  1. In the “Planner” tab, locate the required audit. Use the “Filters” on the left hand side to refine your search.

  2. Select the “Day”, “Week” or “Month” timeframe to find the relevant sub-audit.

  3. Use the back or forward buttons at the top, to search the schedule for the “Previous” or “Next” timeframes.

  4. Click on the grey "date button" of the sub-audit you wish to edit.

  5. In the sub-audit window make the required changes. NOTE: save each change individually.

  6. Close the window to exit.

NOTE: For repetitive audits, when changing the due date of a sub-audit the original scheduled date will appear in the planner. Due dates are not able to be edited for once-off audits via the planner.
