How to set up notifications for admins

As an administrator you can receive email and/or SMS notifications about your “personally” assigned audits, tasks and actions.

As a “Responsible Administrator” you can also receive notifications about audits, tasks and actions which have been assigned to, or completed by others, based on your location.

To set up or edit your personal or administrator notifications, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Setting up or editing notifications for a administrator

  1. For “personal” notifications:

    • Select “Settings” > “My Details” > “General Info”.

    • Under the “Preferences” section amend the “On / Off” settings for “SMS Notification”, “Email Notification” and “Do Not Disturb” times.

    • Click “Save Changes”.

  2. For “responsible administrator” notifications:

    • Select “Settings” > “Location & Admin”.

    • Click the “envelope icon” to show the “Email Setting” window.

    • Toggle the “Receive all emails” switch On or Off. (Note: When set to “Off' only emails specific to this administrator will be sent).

    • Click the Save button.
