Audits, tasks and actions for an asset/item can be created from the “Item” section. The benefit is all audits, tasks and actions are attached to the particular asset/item.
“Audits“ attached to an “asset/item” can only be set up as once-off “quick audits”.
To set up a quick audit for an asset/item, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Set up a quick audit for an asset/item
Select the “Items” tab to navigate to the Items dashboard.
Search for the required Item using the filter options, and select “Edit”.
In the “Edit Asset/Item” window, click the “Audits” button
On the “Audits List” orange header, click the “+ Add Quick Audit” button.
“Attach” the “Audit Form”.
In the "Quick Audit Task" window, amend any of the pre-filled fields as necessary.
Under the "Additional Information" section update the settings if required.
To save and launch the “quick audit”, click “Add New”.
The quick audit can be viewed via the asset/item or on the Audits dashboard.
