How to activate a site in Rapid Access

After you have created your site within the Settings module in the MyRapid Administrator portal, you must activate the site within Access to be able to enable a sign-in system for your site. Please not that this does NOT automatically enable the sign-in system.

Activating a site in Rapid Access:

  1. Log into your MyRapid Administrator profile at https://my.rapidglobal.com/.
  2. Go to the Access module.
  3. Enter the Site Info area.
  4. Select your site.
  5. Press the Activate button:




Info
The webpage will automatically refresh, and the site's status will update to active.
