Rapid Worker requires device security authentication every time you launch the app. This ensures that only you can access your work information, even if someone else has physical access to your device.
Device security is a native feature of iOS and Android - it is not a Rapid Worker feature. It refers to the security measures you've set up on your device, such as:
Every time you open Rapid Worker, you'll be asked to verify your identity using your device's security method. This protects:
Important: Rapid Worker cannot be used on devices without device security enabled.
If your device doesn't have a PIN, pattern, password, or biometric authentication set up, you'll need to enable one before using the app.
To enable device security:
Android:
1. Go to Settings > Security > Screen lock
2. Choose a lock method (PIN, Pattern, Password)
3. Optionally, add fingerprint or face recognition
iOS:
1. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode)
2. Set up a passcode
