Learn how to create a new MyRapid account and access your first induction package.
You will need:
- Your email address
- Your Induction Key (provided by your employer)
- Your last name (for verification)
Step 1: Enter Your Email
Open Rapid Worker and enter your email address. Tap Continue.
Step 2: Enter Your Induction Key
Enter the Induction Key provided by your employer. This is usually sent via email from HR or your supervisor.
Step 3: Verify Your Last Name
Enter your last name exactly as it appears in your employer's records. Tap Continue.
Step 4: Complete Registration
Fill in the registration form:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Password
Step 5: Create a Strong Password
Your password must meet ALL of these requirements:
- At least 10 characters
- Contains uppercase AND lowercase letters
- Contains at least one number
- Contains at least one special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)
The app shows a checklist as you type to help you create a valid password.
Step 6: Verify Your Email
Check your email for a verification code. Enter the 6-digit code in the app.
Step 7: Access Your Dashboard
Once verified, you'll see your Dashboard with any pending requirements.
