I can't log in

Solutions for common login problems.


Check Your Credentials

Email address
- Make sure it's spelled correctly
- Check for typos (e.g., .com vs .con)
- Try the email you used when registering

Password
- Passwords are case-sensitive
- Check if Caps Lock is on
- Try typing it in a visible field first to verify

Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. Create a new password meeting all requirements

Check Your Internet Connection

Login requires an internet connection. Try:
- Switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Moving to an area with better signal
- Checking if other apps can access the internet

Account Locked

If you've entered the wrong password too many times:
- Your account may be temporarily locked
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact your administrator to unlock it

Clear App Cache

If login still fails:

  1. Go to device Settings > Apps > Rapid Worker
  2. Tap Storage
  3. Tap Clear Cache (NOT Clear Data)
  4. Restart the app and try again

Update the App

Make sure you have the latest version:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Search for Rapid Worker
  3. Tap Update if available
