Q: What is Rapid Worker?
Rapid Worker is a mobile app for managing your workplace inductions, documents, and site access. It combines the functionality of Rapid Induct and Rapid Access into one app.
Q: Is Rapid Worker free?
Yes, Rapid Worker is free to download and use. Your employer manages your induction packages.
Q: What platforms does Rapid Worker support?
Both Android (8.0 and later) and iOS (17 and later) are supported. Both platforms officially launched on February 16, 2026.
Q: Can I use Rapid Worker for multiple employers?
Yes! You can add multiple Induction Keys from different employers and manage them all in one app.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset via email.
Q: Can I change my email address?
Contact your employer's administrator to update your email in the system.

Q: What is a Rapid ID?
Your Rapid ID is a secure QR code that identifies you at work sites. It's displayed on your phone and scanned at site terminals.
Q: Can I generate my Rapid ID offline?
No. Your Rapid ID requires an internet connection. The QR code is generated by our secure server and cannot be created offline.
Q: How long is my Rapid ID valid?
Each QR code is valid for 1 minute. After it expires, tap Refresh to generate a new one.
Q: Why can't I check in with the app alone?
Currently, check-in is processed at site terminals that scan your Rapid ID. In-app check-in functionality is planned for a future release.
Q: What file formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, PDF, and HEIC (iPhone photos) are supported.
Q: My document shows "Awaiting Verification". What does this mean?
Your document has been uploaded and is waiting for your employer to review and approve it.
Q: Can I complete courses offline?
Some cached content may be viewable offline, but course completion requires an internet connection.
