I'm not receiving notifications

Solutions when notifications aren't arriving.

Check App Notification Settings

In Rapid Worker:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Make sure notifications are enabled
  3. Enable all notification types you want to receive

Check Device Notification Settings

On your device:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Rapid Worker
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Enable Allow notifications
  4. Enable all notification channels/categories

Disable Battery Optimization

Android may block notifications to save battery:

  1. Go to Settings > Battery
  2. Find Rapid Worker
  3. Select Don't optimize or Unrestricted

Check Do Not Disturb

Make sure DND isn't blocking notifications:

  1. Check if Do Not Disturb is active
  2. If needed, add Rapid Worker as an exception

Check Internet Connection

Notifications require internet to be delivered:

  • Make sure you have connectivity
  • Notifications received while offline will arrive when you reconnect

Reinstall the App

As a last resort:

  1. Uninstall Rapid Worker
  2. Reinstall from Google Play Store
  3. Log in again
  4. Check notification settings
