Why can't I approve a permit?

If you are having difficulties moving the toggle switch to approve / reject a permit within a work order that's waiting for approval, it's likely that you're not listed as a permit approver for that permit type.

To confirm whether you're listed as an approver for the permit type, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the Permit module.
  2. Select the Settings section.
  3. Enter the Manage Permit Forms area.
  4. Press the Approvers button to the right of the permit type you can't approve:



  5. If your name has a blue tick to the right, you are listed as an approver:
