How to enable auto approval of permits
The Auto Approve Work Order once Safety Document is Approved setting, found under Permit > Settings > Permit Settings, allows the system to automatically approve a work order when no items requiring approval (such as permits) are included in the submission, provided the Safety Document has been approved.
Enabling the auto approval of permits:
- Go to the Permit module.
- Select the Settings section.
- Enter the Permit Settings area.
- Under the Auto Approve Work Order once Safety Document is Approved setting, ensure this is switched to On.
- Press the Save button:
Please note: If a permit is included in the work order submission, the work order will still be required to go through the standard approval process.
