Where can I download an evacuation report?
In the event of an evacuation, it’s important to have visibility of who is onsite at that time. There are two ways you can obtain this information:
- Trigger an evacuation list email via the Rapid Admin app once an evacuation is initiated.
- Use the Send Evacuation Notification To setting within the Administrator Portal.
Trigger an evacuation list email via the Rapid Admin app once an evacuation is initiated.
You can trigger and manage evacuation events using the Rapid Admin app. This feature allows you to generate an email containing a list of all individuals signed in at the time of the evacuation. The list is provided as an Excel spreadsheet and can be generated at any time during the evacuation.
- Open the Rapid Admin app.
- Dropdown the Rapid Access section.
- Select the Evacuation List option:

- Select the relevant evacuation from the list:

- Press the Email icon in the top right:

Please note: This will send an email containing a spreadsheet of the evacuation list to the email address associated with the profile currently signed in to the app.
Use the Send Evacuation Notification To setting within the Administrator Portal
While this option does not allow you to trigger an evacuation event in the Rapid Admin app, it does provide a list of individuals who were signed in at the time via the Administrator Portal.
- Go to the Access module.
- Enter the Site Info area.
- Select your site using the Location dropdown on the left-hand side.
- Within the Send Evacuation Notification To option, enter your email and mobile.
- Press the Send button:

Please note: This will send an email containing a table with the list of individuals currently signed in onsite.
