How to trigger an evacuation via the Rapid Admin app (iOS)

The Rapid Admin app includes an evacuation feature that allows you to trigger an evacuation directly from the app. This instantly notifies all individuals signed in onsite and enables the evacuation to be managed and monitored in real time through the app.
  1. Open the Rapid Admin app.
  2. Select your package:



  3. Drop down the Rapid Access banner.
  4. Select the New Evacuation option:



  5. Press the name of the site you wish to trigger the evacuation at:



  6. Select the Send Notification option.
  7. Press the OK option:



  8. You will be redirected to the Evacuation Status page:




Monitoring the evacuation status:

  1. When an individual onsite responds to the automated message with Safe, a green Safe textbox will automatically appear above their name on the app:



  2. Once all individuals onsite have responded with Safe, a green Completed textbox will appear at the top right of your screen, indicating that everyone included in the evacuation is safe:
