Configure Rapid GO settings for all sites to print every time anyone signs in on either the iPad or via the QR code on their mobile device
Background:
As part of the Rapid Terminal app setup, you have the option to enable label printing when users sign in. You can configure the system to print labels only when users sign in via an iPad or Android tablet, or allow it to print labels for all sign-ins, including those done via the Rapid GO QR code on a user's personal mobile.
This article outlines the steps to enable label printing when a user signs in using either the iPad or Android tablet or Rapid GO QR code across multiple sites using the Default Rapid GO Settings feature. This will remove the need to manually update the settings for each site.
- Go to Rapid Access > Settings.
- Select the Default Rapid GO Settings option from the menu on the left-hand side:

- Scroll down to the Per-Learner Type Settings section.
- Select the Learner Type you wish to enable label printing for from the dropdown:

- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Turn on the
Enable Hardware | Label Printer setting:

Apply the Settings to all Sites:
Follow the steps below to apply the Default Rapid GO Settings to ALL sites.
- Go to Rapid Access > Settings.
- Select the Default Rapid GO Settings option from the menu on the left-hand side:

- Press the Apply Default Settings to All Sites button:

Apply the Settings to Specific Sites:
Follow the steps below to apply the Default Rapid GO Settings to individual sites.
- Go to Rapid Access > Site Info.
- Select your site.
- Go to the Rapid GO tab.
- Choose the relevant sub-location from the Location dropdown:
- Select Package Defaults from the dropdown within the Configuration option:

- Repeat Steps 1-5 for any additional sites / sub-locations you wish to enable the Default Rapid GO Settings at.
