How to generate a Rapid Access entry log report
Context:
You may wish to generate a Rapid Access entry log report to obtain a list of sign-in records in Excel format.
Before you start:
Ensure you have administrator permissions to access the “Reports” module.
Ensure you have access to the site where you wish to download the sign-in logs.
Generating a Rapid Access entry log report:
Select the “Reports” tab.
Press the “Schedule New Report” button:
In STEP 1: Select report type & schedule, enter the following details -
Report Category: RapidAccess
Report Type: Rapid Access Entry Log
Report Frequency: Once Off (If you wish to schedule a recurring report, select a different frequency)Press “Next”:
For STEP 2: Select data filters, apply your preferred filters to include certain information in the report.
Press “Generate Report”:
The report will then appear on the main page of the Reports tab.
Please Note: Please allow a few moments for the report to generate.Download the report by pressing the download icon to the right:
