What are the acceptable formats for Access videos?

To upload a video that plays on the Rapid Access Kiosk after the screen has been idle for a set period, the file must be in MP4 format.
We recommend removing audio from the video, as sound playing for extended periods may be disruptive. Removing audio will also reduce the file size.
If the video file is too large, the kiosk will be unable to play it.
