Setting up Rapid Access notifications

You may want to set up a Rapid Access notification if a new hazard is on-site.


Before you start: 

Ensure that you have administrator permissions to create a notification

Creating the notification:

  1. Select “Access”:
  2. Find “Notification” at the top of the screen.
  3. Select the site that the notification applies to.
  4. Click “Create new notification” and enter the details of the notification such as the subject, message or images.
  5. Save the notification.
