🔍 How to view site requirements in Rapid Access

Getting signed in

  1. Visit the MyRapid login page to login to your account.
  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".
  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".

Viewing site requirements in Rapid Access

  1. Once you have logged in, select "Admin":


  2. Select "Rapid Access" from the below options:


  3. Under Access, select the 'Site info' tab and choose the location/site. Scroll down. 



Step 5: 

Under Section 10.00, you will be able to view/add courses that must be completed by the trainee upon arrival at the site; this will be done either on the sign-in device or via a QR code. 

Under Section 11.00, you will be able to view/add courses that must be completed by the trainee prior to arriving at the site. 

The identified login types establish who is affected by the requirements. For example, 'Contractor' personnel will need to complete the 'Covid Course 1', as per section 10.00.
