Where do I find a site's induction requirements in Access?

You can find a site's induction requirements within Sections 10 & 11 in the Access > Site Info module. Please follow the steps below on how to access this area:

1. Go to the Access module.
   
2. Enter the Site Info area.
   
3. Select your site using the Location dropdown on the left-hand side.
   
4. Stay in the Main Settings section:
   
   
   
   
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to sections 10.00 - Induction Course To Appear On Rapid Access System and 11.00 - Required Rapid Induct Course To Be Completed Prior To Arrival On Site:
   
   
   

Please note: 

Under Section 10.00, you will be able to view/add courses that must be completed by the trainee upon arrival at the site; this will be completed either on the sign-in device or via a QR code. 

Under Section 11.00, you will be able to view/add courses that must be completed by the trainee prior to arriving at the site. 

The identified login types establish who is affected by the requirements. For example, 'Contractor' personnel will need to complete the 'Covid Course 1', as per section 10.00.
