How to add a course as a site requirement
Within Access, you can assign courses as a requirement for your site by navigating to Access > Site Info.
There are two ways to assign these requirements:
- During Sign-In: Completed by the user on-screen during the site sign-in process.
- Pre-Requirement: Completed by the user before arriving onsite.

Course requirement to be completed during the sign-in process:
This requirement is managed within Section 10.00 of Access > Site Info. Users cannot skip this induction; the system will automatically present the course during sign-in if they haven't completed it previously.
You can only assign one course per user type (e.g., Visitor or Contractor) to be completed during the sign-in process.
- Go to Access > Site Info.
- Select your site.
- Within the Main Settings area, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Locate the 10.00 - Induction Course To Appear On Rapid Access System area and click the Add Course button.
- Select the desired course using the dropdown on the left-hand side.
- Press the + button.
- Tick the boxes for the relevant user types you want to assign the course to.
- Click Save:

Course requirement to be completed before arriving onsite
This requirement is managed within Section 11.00 of Access > Site Info. It requires users to have finished the course prior to starting their check-in. If the course is incomplete, they will be denied entry due to a non-compliant profile.
We strongly recommend mirroring these course requirements within your Trainee Requirements for the site. While Trainee Requirements ensures the user is actively assigned the course, Section 11 confirms whether it is complete before granting entry.
- Go to Access > Site Info.
- Select your site.
- Within the Main Settings area, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Locate the 11.00 - Required Rapid Induct Course To Be Completed Prior To Arrival On Site area and click the Add Course button.
- Select the desired course using the dropdown on the left-hand side.
- Press the + button.
- Tick the boxes for the relevant user types you want to assign the course to.
- Press the Save button:
