At Rapid, we understand that from time to time you may require some assistance with your Rapid Access terminal, and we are always here to help.

To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, Rapid requests that clients allow us remote access to your new system which may require changes by your IT Department to allow your Rapid Access terminal to connect to the following address:

Windows updates

It is important to allow Windows Updates to secure the terminal(s) and assist in preventing malicious attacks, and to ensure Rapid Access application is working properly.
