How to update the primary contact for a site 

Before you start:

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to view and edit the Rapid Access Site Info page.

  • Ensure your administrator permissions grant you access to the site.

Updating the primary contact for a site:

  1. Select the “Access” tab.

  2. Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

  3. Under the “Primary Contact” option, enter the name, mobile number, and email address of the contact in the relevant field:

  4. Scroll down the page and select the “Update” button to save the change:
