How to enable geolocation for a site

Before you start

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to edit the Main Settings tab within the Rapid Access Site Info page 

Setting up geolocation for Rapid GO

  1. Select the “Access” tab.
  2. Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:


  1. In the “Main Settings”, scroll down the page to “1.00 - Property Details” and select the “+” icon to drop down the menu:


  1. Under “Geo Location”, select “Get from map”:


  1. In the section at the top of the popup, enter the street address and select “Set Geo Location”:


  1. In the “GPS Visibility Range (m)” section, set your desired range.
  2. Scroll up slightly on your page and select “Update”:
