How to set the auto-signout period for a site

Before you start

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to edit Rapid Access Site Info details 

  • Ensure your administrator permissions grant you access to the site

Setting the auto-signout period for a site

  1. Select the “Access” tab.

  2. Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

  3. Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Auto Signout” option:

  4. Set the auto signout time to your preference.

  5. Once you have added your preferred auto signout time, scroll down the page and select the “Update” button to save the change:
