How to view course and document requirements for a site

Before you start:

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to view the Rapid Access Site Info page.

  • Ensure your administrator permissions grant you access to the site.

Viewing course and document requirements for a site:

  1. Select the “Access” tab.

  2. Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the “Main Settings” page:

Please note: Sections 10, 11, and 12 detail the course and document requirements for a site.

10.00 - Induction Course To Appear On Rapid Access System
Refers to courses that are to be completed during the sign-in process onsite.

11.00 - Required Rapid Induct Course To Be Completed Prior To Arrival On Site
Refers to courses that are completed before arriving onsite. If a user has not completed a course in Section 11, they will be denied entry to the site.

12.00 - Documents
Refers to documents that must be uploaded to the user's MyRapid profile.
