How to set the time zone for a site 

Before you start: 

  • Ensure you have administrator permissions to edit Rapid Access Site Info details 

  • Ensure your administrator permissions grant you access to the site

Getting signed in 

  1. Visit the MyRapid login page to log in to your account.

  2. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select "Login".

  3. Enter the password previously created. Should you have forgotten this, select "Forgot/reset password".

Setting the timezone

  1. Sign in as an “Admin”:

  2. Select the “Access” tile:

 

  1. Go to the “Site Info” menu

  2. Search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

 

  1. Scroll down the Main Settings page to the “Set Time Zone” option:

 

  1. Click the displayed timezone to reveal a dropdown menu, where you can search for or select the required timezone:

 

  1. Once you have selected the required timezone, scroll down the page and select the “Update” button to save the change.
