How to sign in to a site as a visitor using a Rapid GO QR code 

Before you start: 

  • Ensure you have a Rapid GO QR code nearby to scan.

  • Ensure the camera on your mobile phone is functional.

  • Ensure you have a stable network connection.

Scanning the Rapid GO QR code:

  1. Open your camera app.

  2. Point your phone’s camera at the Rapid GO QR code.

  3. Tap the popup. This will direct you to the sign-in page for your site.

Alternatively:

  1. Open the Rapid GO webpage.

  2. Select “Scan a GO QR Code”:

  3. Point your phone’s camera at the Rapid GO QR code.

Signing in as a Visitor using a Rapid GO QR code

  1. Enter your first name, last name, and phone number in the respective boxes, then select "Next":

    Please note: If you have signed in to the site previously, you will already have a visitor profile in the system; in that case, select the box with your details to sign in to your profile:

  2. You may need to specify additional details such as email, company name, or the person you are visiting. Enter this information in the respective boxes, then select "Next":

    Please note: Some sites may not require these additional details

  3. Review the evacuation map, then select “Next

  4. Once the sign-in process is completed, a badge displaying your sign-in details will appear on the page:

 

Additional notes

  • If you are signing in to a site for the first time, you may be required to complete a site induction. Advance through the induction by selecting “Next”:

  • Some sites may have Safety Alerts in place. To acknowledge you have read a Safety Alert, press the grey circle next to “I have read and acknowledge all safety alerts”. Select “Next” to continue with your sign-in:
