How to add an evacuation plan for a site
Before you start
Adding an evacuation plan for a site
Select the “Access” tab.
Go to the “Site Info” menu > search for or select the site in the “Location” dropdown:

Scroll down the page to the “Evacuation Plan” option, and press the “Select files…” button:

Upload the evacuation plan from the popup.
Please note: You can only upload the evacuation plan as a .JPG file.
Scroll down the page and select “Update”:

Please note: The evacuation plan will not automatically update on the Rapid Access kiosk. If you need this updated on your kiosk, please contact Rapid’s support line at 1800 307 595 or submit a ticket to support@rapidglobal.com.
