How to add an evacuation plan for a site 

  1. Go to the Access module.
  2. Enter the Site Info area.
  3. Select your site using the Location dropdown on the left-hand side.
  4. Press the Evacuation Plan - Select Files... button:



  5. Upload an image of the site's evacuation plan:



  6. Scroll down the page and press the Update button:

Please note: Only .png, .jpg and .jpeg file formats are supported formats for the Evacuation Plan.



Additionally, the evacuation plan will not automatically update on the Rapid Access kiosk. Please contact Rapid’s support line at 1800 307 595 or submit a ticket to support@rapidglobal.com to update this.
