How to set up incident notifications by risk level

To set up incident notifications by risk level:
  1. Click on the “Settings” page.

  1. Select “Users.”

  1. Search for the admin using the filter options.

  1. Click on the “menu dots” and select the “Edit user profile” option.

  1. Select the “Notifications” option in the editing section.

  1. To receive notifications by incident category – tick the relevant “Incident category” boxes. This will enable notifications for all incident types within that category.

  1. To receive notifications by incident types – tick the relevant “Incident types” boxes.

  1. The changes will be automatically saved.
