How to send a batch induction key
Sending batch induction keys
Select "Induct" from the below options:

Select “Add New Trainee” from the right side of the page:

Select the trainee group, company name, and the site:

Update the “No. of Trainees” and proceed to “Create Trainees”:
You can then enter the first name, last name, and email address of all the inductees and select “Send”:

An induction email preview will appear which you can press “Send” again to send the induction key to your new inductee via email:

Why is an inductee showing as an unused induction key
If the status of a worker's induction key is displayed as 'Unused', it indicates that the key has been assigned to them, but they have not yet linked it to their MyRapid account. They will now need to add their induction key to their MyRapid account.
