How to enable a learner type on Rapid GO
- Go to the Access module.
- Enter the Site Info area.
- Select your site using the Location dropdown on the left-hand side.
- Go to the Rapid GO tab:
- Scroll down the page to the Per-Learner Type Settings section.
- Select the learner type from the Learner Type dropdown.
- Enable the Enable Rapid GO setting.
- Press the Update button:
Please note: Once you've enabled the learner type, we recommend scrolling down to the Workflow Settings section and adjusting the settings to suit your preference.
If you are unable to edit settings within the Site Info section, it's likely the site is using the Rapid GO Default Settings. In this case, these settings are updated within Access > Settings.
