How to deactivate an employee / worker / user / inductee / trainee
Typically, Auditor is linked to your company's Workforce system, so the “Inductees” should already appear in Auditor. New “employees” or “contractor workers” should be added via “Induct”.
Based on your permissions, you will have the ability to manually add employees or contractor workers via Auditor. If you would like to add a a new worker to your company's package, please refer to the instructions below.
Adding workers
Select “Settings” > “Worker” > “Add New Worker” and enter the details of the new worker, as per the prompts, and click “Add New”.
Once the worker has been added, they will receive an email notification advising they have been given access to the package. If they are a new user to Rapid, they will be prompted to create their account/password.
