Deactivating an administrator

You have the ability to deactivate an administrator user who no longer requires access to your package. This will generally be applicable if someone has left your business and you need to remove their access.

Deactivating an administrator

  1. Sign in as an "Admin":
  2. Select “Auditor” module from the below options:
  3. Once logged in, select “Settings” > “Location & Admin”:
  4. Locate the administrator you wish to deactivate and select the “Edit Admin” icon:
  5. Within the “Edit Admin” screen, update the “Active Status” of the user to “Deactivated” and select “Save” to apply the changes:

Once the administrator has been deactivated, they will no longer have access to the package.
